Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 077jl Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 077jl service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the 077jl Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Eligibility

To register and use the 077jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 077jl or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 077jl Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any recognized responsible gaming authority.

077jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you fail to meet or maintain these requirements.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the 077jl Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 077jl Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 077jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, 077jl requires identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC). You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID. Additional documents may be requested at 077jl's discretion.
• Account Ownership: Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

077jl reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 077jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method.
• 077jl does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your account, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Processing times vary by method; GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours.
• 077jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in temporary delays.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

077jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players must opt in to bonuses where required.
• 077jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional systems, or in violation of these Terms will be forfeited, and the relevant account may be suspended.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 077jl Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. The following general principles apply across all games:

• All games on the 077jl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 077jl's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• 077jl reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 077jl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or game outcomes.
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or 077jl employees.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of free bet offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.

Responsible Gaming

077jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the well-being of all players. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

077jl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 077jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 077jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 077jl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 077jl trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of 077jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 077jl.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 077jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 077jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its content.

In no event shall 077jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 077jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

077jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• 077jl does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period required by applicable law and our internal data retention policies.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Termination

077jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a recognized responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, 077jl reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any real-money balance in your account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 077jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

077jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any regulatory matters relating to the Platform's gaming operations shall be addressed in accordance with the rules and procedures of the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.

Amendments

077jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
